The Business Development team plays a big role in growing the size and number of our campuses and in bringing the Holberton Education model to other cities and countries in the United States and worldwide. In this role, your main goal is to help our new schools and campuses be successful in reaching their objectives. You will serve as their strategic advisor and thought partner and ensure partner satisfaction, adoption and growth. You will also be the schools’ advocate internally and will foster strong cross functional partnerships.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Own strategic customer relationships with our new campuses and schools;
  • Ensure customer success by driving adoption, managing customer relationships, conducting business reviews and sharing best practices;
  • Develop programs to drive our new campuses’ KPIs, working closely with our school deployment, product, marketing and curriculum teams to ensure school and student success;
  • Serve as the primary point of contact when school issues arise, troubleshooting and ensuring quick resolution;
  • Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform team decision-making and processes;

 

Your skills:

  • 3+ years of account management experience; customer success experience a strong plus
  • Strong sense of customer empathy and customer-centric attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
  • Impressive track record of high customer retention and impact
  • Love for problem solving and getting things done
  • Comfort working in quickly-changing environments
  • Passion for Education and belief in Holberton’s mission
  • Periodical traveling to our new campuses needed
  • Spanish or other foreign languages a plus
