“Last fall, I was attending a community college, but quickly realized that traditional schooling wasn’t for me. After dropping out, I felt very hopeless about the future and my ability to achieve anything. Holberton has provided technical and professional training while helping me realize I really am capable and that I can create a successful future for myself.”
— Michelle, Cohort 10 New Haven
“Everyone has a reason for being at Holberton, and they’re focused on achieving their goal of becoming a software engineer. When I step foot on campus, I know I’m at a place that is only going to make me better—nothing tops my experience here.”
— Mohameth, Cohort 8 New Haven

“While looking for ways to progress my career as an analyst, I quickly realized that I didn’t have the programming skills needed to move in the direction I was looking for. Holberton’s curriculum stood out to me as one that provided a deeper understanding of computer science and various programming languages compared to other boot-camps and schools, and in a compact and shorter time frame than a college degree. I’ve been in the program for 9 months and have not been disappointed. Holberton has helped me progress my career much faster than if I had chosen a different route.”
— Jose, Cohort 9 New Haven
